Online gaming can be a fun way to spend a couple hours here and there to relax and unwind from the stress of daily life. But, what if that couple of hours slowly becomes six or seven hours and starts to take away from time spent on things like work or spending time with family and friends? This is when online gaming may be a problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s easy to get caught up in gaming and lose track of time which is why players are encouraged to set limits for how much time they spend on online gaming. Session limits enable players to decide the maximum amount of time that they can gamble over a period of time. For example, X minutes in 24 hours\/ 7 days\/ 30 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
