GAME OVERVIEW
Vegas Ball Bonanza is a visually captivating, entertaining and fast-paced game show, containing several Bonus features for you to have the chance to win even more.
Simply buy the tickets to play with for the value you have selected and complete lines on your tickets, as the numbered balls are being randomly drawn by the tumbling device.
The objective of the game is to have vertical or horizontal lines created by matching the numbers on your tickets with the numbers of the balls. The more complete lines you get, the bigger your winnings!
HOW TO PLAY
Vegas Ball Bonanza is played with 1-9 tickets and a tumbling device, containing 30 balls numbered 1 through 30 that are randomly drawn.
Each 3×3 grid ticket contains 9 randomly arranged numbers. If the numbers match and form a vertical or horizontal line, you win.
You can collect up to 4 lines per ticket or even get a Full House that pays 250x your bet!
In addition to the regular balls, there are also two bonus balls to add to your excitement: the Star Ball and the Wild ball. Both balls act as a special bonus feature to increase your chances to win big!
Vegas Ball Bonanza lasts until 9 regular balls are drawn if no extra balls follow in case of a Bonus event. Bonus balls do not count against the number of regular balls to be drawn.
General Game
- While the betting time is open, buy the ticket you wish to play with by simply clicking/tapping it for the value you have selected.
- You can add more tickets after the first ticket is bought and adjust their value while the betting time is open. Your selected ticket value will be automatically applied to all your tickets.
The selected tickets will turn face-up and reveal numbers, arranged randomly into 3 vertical columns. Each column contains a range of numbers related to the balls in the tumbling device and is colour-defined accordingly:
- Left (green): 1-10
- Centre (white): 11-20
- Right (yellow): 21-30
- To cancel any ticket, click/tap it again. It will appear face-down and new random numbers on it will be generated.
- If you wish a new set of numbers to be generated on any of your tickets, simply double- click/tap the selected ticket.
When the betting time expires and bets are closed, the tumbling device starts drawing balls one by one. You can follow the game progress easily.
- All the numbers that matched with the drawn balls get darkened on your ticket.
- If there is only a single number missing in the ticket to complete a pattern, it gets outlined.
- Complete patterns are displayed instantly.
The drawn balls are automatically updated and displayed on your screen.
- As soon as any of your tickets have complete patterns, the winnings are calculated automatically and updated in the Total Win field.
Bonus Features
Bonus Multipliers
Example :
The ticket below contains two Lucky numbers “11” and “26” assigned with the Bonus multipliers of 2x and 3x, respectively.
When the Lucky number “11” matches the number of the drawn ball, the assigned multiplier of 2x gets activated and becomes a Ticket multiplier.
If the Lucky number “26” matches with the drawn ball, the assigned multiplier of 3x gets activated and is multiplied by the existing Ticket multiplier (3 x 2 = 6x).
Please note, that the Ticket multipliers apply only to the tickets featuring payout patterns and do not produce winnings on their own.
Star Ball
Drawing the Star ball activates all bonus multipliers on the ticket instantly, combining them into the Ticket multiplier.
Wild Ball
The Wild ball initiates the spin of the Bonus Wheel, to randomly determine the additional 1 to 4 regular balls to be drawn in the current game round to increase your chances to win.
Game Result
After the game round is over, your total winnings are calculated automatically and displayed on your screen.
The Winner List is displayed at the end of the game round, showing the winnings, sorted from the highest payout patterns to the lowest.
Placing Bets
The Table Name indicates the table you are currently playing at, and the Table Limits show the minimum and maximum bets allowed at the table.
When clicking/tapping this area, the Bet Limits & Payouts window opens, showing the minimum and maximum limits and payout odds for each bet type.
The Game Information Indicator informs you of the game status.
While PLEASE PLACE YOUR BETS is displayed, you may start placing your bets. The indicator shows the remaining time in green, decreasing to the left
To place a bet, select the value of your ticket. Click/tap on the arrows to increase or reduce this value. Please note that the selected value will be applied to all your tickets.
By clicking/tapping on the Ticket value Bet field an action menu will open to let you select your preferred ticket value from already fixed bets.
The Rebet and Undo buttons are interchangeable. Rebet allows you to repeat the same bet placed in the previous game round.
If no bets are placed, the Undo button is disabled. It is enabled once any bets are placed.
Click/tap the UNDO button repeatedly to remove the tickets one by one, in the reverse order of which they were added.
Clicking/tapping the Refresh button generates a new set of numbers for all your selected tickets.
The Buy All button allows you to buy all tickets at once with a single click/tap. The number inside the button shows the number of the remaining tickets.
If all of the tickets are selected, the Buy All button turns into Cancel All.
The Balance indicator shows your available funds and the currency. It is always displayed in the bottom of the game window on desktop and mobile devices.
If your balance is not updated after placing bets or after you see a winning message, please try refreshing your game window in the browser or click the F5 key on your keyboard.
The Cashier button (if applicable) located next to your Balance on desktop opens the Cashier window for deposits and withdrawals. On mobile devices the Cashier button is located inside the game Menu.
The Total Bet indicator shows the current total of all bets placed on the current game round. It is always displayed at the bottom of the game window.
Navigation Controls
The Lobby button can be clicked at any time from any game. It allows you to easily change table, select any other live game or simply leave the table. You will not be removed from your current table until you have selected the new table you wish to join, so the Lobby can be used to browse other games while remaining at the current table. Once on the lobby page, please click the Close lobby in order to exit the lobby and return to your open table.
Clicking the Chat button opens the chat window so you can send messages to the Dealer and other players. Our Dealers communicate with you directly and answer any questions regarding the game.
If you need to speak with our Live Support team, please select the corresponding chat room by clicking the Support button and you will be assisted in a private chat.
Chat messages are monitored by dedicated Studio personnel at all times. Any chat messages may be deleted, and your chat feature may be blocked if you use inappropriate or rude language with the Dealers and/or other players at the table or flood the chat with unnecessary messages.
Clicking the Volume Control button opens a slider which lets you change the sound volume at your table. Clicking the Volume control button mutes the game – it will then turn into a “Muted” icon.
By default, the game is opened with muted audio. Please click the Muted button to unmute the game. The icon then turns into the Volume Control button.
Clicking the History button opens a window showing details of your activity in our Live Casino. By default, it is opened on your history for Today. You can also see your history from previous days by selecting the Older tab.
Simply select a game round from the list to see details of it, including all your bets. The details of your game round history are shown in the History window and split into 2 parts: game round information and bets information.
Clicking the Game Help button opens the Help window you are in right now.
Clicking the Settings button opens a Settings window allowing you to set your desired preferences. In the General tab the following options are available:
- Manage video quality
- Manage Game quality.
- Change interface language.
By clicking the Classic View button, you can change the view of the game to Classic mode where the video is shown inside a small frame. The virtual table is available below the video and the graphical cards are shown for each side.
The game interface may also change automatically to Classic mode if your internet connection is slow or unstable. If this happens, the video is automatically set to Low video resolution.
Clicking the Full Screen button launches Full Screen mode and the game and/or Lobby fills the entire screen. To exit this mode, either click the button again or press the “Esc” key on your keyboard.
Game Inconveniences
You are personally responsible for the correct positioning of your bets through the Vegas Ball Bonanza layout and associated bet controls.
In the event of any technical malfunction or human error, the instance is reported to the Shift Manager immediately.
If any error in the game procedure occurs, the game round is temporarily paused, and the Shift Manager is notified. You will be informed by an on-screen notification that the issue is being investigated.
If the Shift Manager can immediately resolve the error, the game round continues as normal. If immediate resolution is not possible, the game round is cancelled, and bets are settled as follows:
- Wins are paid out according to your progress at the time the game round was cancelled.
- Tickets which hadn’t produced any winnings by the time the game was cancelled will be refunded.
- When game round is cancelled on the Star ball due to bonus event malfunction, then Ticket multipliers will be deemed active and all bets settled accordingly.
- All the games starting with invalid number of balls in the mixing chamber (instead of 30 numbered and 2 bonus) are subject to cancellation and refund.
A bet may be rejected by the system after the betting time is finished due to not being placed in time, not meeting the minimum or maximum requirements, or to other transaction issues.
If the game ends with what you consider to be a wrong result, or in the event of any other irregularities, please contact Casino Time Customer Support, providing them with details of the game in question including the the Game name and the exact time it occurred.
Disconnection Policy
Pragmatic Play Live Casino services are provided over the internet, from which you may be disconnected at times. This poses potential problems to the game flow and your user experience.
In order to minimize the impact of unexpected disconnections, when you lose connectivity to the game server, a reconnect message will be displayed on the screen.
The following error handling procedures apply in case of a disconnection:
- If disconnection occurs before the BETS CLOSED message appears on the screen and your bets were not yet accepted by the server, your bets will not be deducted from your balance, and you will not participate in the game round. Once reconnected, you can view bet outcomes in the History window.
- If a disconnection occurs after the BETS CLOSED message appears on the screen and your bets were accepted by the server, the game round continues as usual, your placed bets remain valid and are settled in your absence. Once reconnected, you can view bet outcomes in the History window.
After being disconnected, please check your winnings in the History window and if you have any doubts regarding game outcomes, please contact Live Support within the game or Casino Time Customer Support, providing them with details of the game in question including the the game name and the exact time it occurred.
If connection to the table from the Studio is lost for more than 5 minutes, the game will be cancelled.
If we determine that you would have won the game round, your winnings will be credited to your account through Casino Time Customer Support.
