Online gambling can provide players a lot of fun and entertainment, but when it ceases being fun or starts to have an impact on your social life or finances, it may be time to take a break. In Ontario, players can opt-in to a self-exclusion to take a break from the gameplay.

The self-exclusion option is available for players who wish to temporarily close their online gaming account to take a break or for longer periods of time due to gambling related problems. Self-exclusions are player activated exclusions for a duration of six months/ 1 year/ 5 years.
With Casino Time, players may self-exclude by going to the responsible gambling page and following the onscreen prompts or by contacting the Customer Support Centre either by email or live chat. Funds on deposit are not returned to a player upon self exclusion and once a player self excludes they cannot access their account. Casino Time will cease all directed advertising to the player during the exclusion period.
Once the self-exclusion time period has expired, the player’s account will be reopened automatically. The player will receive an email from Casino Time guiding them back to safe play.
Players who feel they may have a gambling problem are also encouraged to look into additional resources located on the Responsible Gambling page or offered through Connex Ontario. Connex Ontario provides free and confidential health services and advice for people experiencing problems with alcohol and drugs, mental illness or gambling.
